Privacy Policy
Tye Works LLC's use of personal information that you may submit to Tye Works LLC through this Web site is governed by the Tye Works LLC Privacy Policy. We are a small business, and our reputation is incredibly important to us. We do not intend to misuse, intentionally or accidentally, any information our customers have entrusted us with. No financial information is retained by Tye Works LLC once sales are completed. We do not provide any customer information to ANYONE else. We do not collect electronic data. Although our shopping cart software does require the use of cookies, we do not access this information. EVER.
We do reserve the right to occasionally contact you with information on new products and special offers. This will be by email. Please contact us to unsubscribe. We may also use USPS to send out information to our customers. Generally, we will limit any contact to between one (1) and three (3) times a year. We will also honor any request to completely purge a customer's name and address from our paper and electronic systems.
Please keep in mind that we have no control over what data security breaches may result from mal-ware on our customer's computers. When in doubt, call us. You can always send a check.

At this time, Tye Works LLC ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, Tye Works LLC can ship internationally on special request. Customers are responsible for all Taxes, Tariffs, Surcharges, and other Fees associated with international transactions, These can be substantial and we will not issue any refunds or credits on international orders. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.
